This Privacy Policy explains how 1705 Consultancy Ltd collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the Verilog platform, including the Verilog Driver mobile application, the Admin Portal and the Client Portal.

The Verilog Driver app collects location data during active deliveries exclusively to monitor whether a vehicle has been stationary for an extended period and trigger stop alerts, and to notify the operations manager in the event of an emergency. Location data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

We share personal data only where necessary with clients (driver name, vehicle and SIA details on chain of custody certificates), Supabase (cloud database), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp notifications) and Expo (push notifications). We do not sell personal data.

7. Data Retention

Job records and chain of custody certificates are retained for a minimum of 6 years. Driver compliance documents are retained for the duration of the working relationship and 12 months thereafter.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
